Essential to the Calm Within the Chaos workshop, the workbook is designed to be a tool that helps introduce you to the idea of Life Design while walking you through the steps to Assess, Evaluate, and Explore your chaos, Reflecting on what you’re finding, and finally Implementing small changes in your life to get you closer to fully living in your values. The workbook is a place to make notes, keep your ideas, and continually refine and adjust how you prioritize everything in your life. Big growth comes from small, continuous changes, and you get to decide what that means to you.
